The Quebecois played both of their seasons at the Montreal Forum. John Ferguson was their head coach for the 1974 season, Jim Bishop their coach for the 1975 season.
The Quebecois compiled a 19-21 record in 1974, finishing in third place and lost to the Rochester Griffins in the league semi-finals, four games to two.
In 1975, Montreal recorded a 24-24-0 record, good for second place in the 1975 NLL season. They defeated the Boston Bolts, four games to three, in the 1975 league semi-finals, and then lost to the Quebec Caribous, four games to two, in the 1975 Nation's Trophy finals.
